DAY BEFORE TOURNAMENT

Court Setup – Tape 6 courts

• Use 2 squeegees to clear off any water/puddles.

• Use push brooms and leaf blowers to remove any dirt and leaves. Tape won’t stick if the court is wet/dirty.

• Collect leaves and debris in a garbage bag.

• In teams of 2 per court, tape the sidelines, the baselines, the center line, and then the kitchen lines. In that order. 

• Tip: Look for line markers painted on the court.  The net markers do not touch the sidelines.   

• With sandbags on roller, roll over tape to ensure it is nicely secured to ground.

Weather Contingency

Tape will not stick to a wet court. If it is raining Friday night (10/4), we will tape the courts at 7am on tournament day (10/5).
