Student Volunteers – Led by Coach P and Coach Kyler

• Pick up tables and chairs from the CSHS gym

• Deliver tables and chairs at 7:00a at SWAC at Thistle Street between Southwest Pool and tennis courts

• Set up canopy tents, tables, and chairs based on the site map (below)

Canopy Tents

#1. Operations (White 10’x10′); attach tent walls on 2 sides

#2 Check-In (RED 10’x10′)

#3 Volunteer (BLACK 5’x5′)

#4 Players and Volunteer (10’x10′ vendor tent)

#5 Referee (WHITE 5’x5′)

#6 Court Monitor & Runners – Cage 1 (SMPA 5’x5′)

#7 Court Monitor & Runners – Cage 2 (SMPA 5’x5′)

Winner’s Podium (#8)

• Weigh down photo backdrop with sand bags.

• Place sandbags behind backdrop, next to buildling wall. 

• Do not place sandbags within the poles of the backdrop. 

• Tie rope around sandbag. 

• Tie other end of rope to back of backdrdop.

Tables & Chairs

• Site Map shows how many chairs and 6’ tables to place at each tent. ie. “2T, 3C” at #1 means 2 Tables & 3 Chairs at Operations Tent.

Reference Photos B1 and B2

• 2 people hang banners on the OUTSIDE  of the fence closest to Thistle Street. See Banners Map (Outside Fence) below for instructions.

• 2 people hang banners on the INSIDE of the  fence. See Banners Map (Inside Fence) for instructions. 

• Bathroom Signs. Place 1 green poster into 1 black A-Frame sign holder.

  • Place sign #1 at Thistle Street sidewalk so that when players walk from our tents to the sidewalk the sign will direct them to the pool building’s lobby.

  • Place sign #2 at the top of the stairs near the basketball hoops so that when players walk from our tents to the stairs the sign will direct them to the concession stand bathrooms.

  • Place sign #3 to the right of the Referee’s tent.

Adult Volunteers

• Set up 12 nets. Store empty net bags behind Volunteer’s tent. 

• Store Amy & Rosina’s personal nets behind Volunteer’s tent. 

• Measure net. Should be 34” high at center. 

• Put WPL sticker and orange electrical tape on the 2 feet. Put orange electrical tape on boom.

Student Volunteers

• 12 court baskets

  • Fill with supplies and place one at each court.

  • Supplies are: 1 dice, 1 timer, 3 pencils, 10 red server bands, 3 balls. Place spray bottle next to basket.
