TOURNAMENT CLEAN UP

    • NOTE: Ask Amy/Rosina if it’s OK to take down nets in Cage 1.

    • Empty net bags are stacked behind the Volunteer’s tent.

    • When final bracket finishes, nets in Cage 2 can be packed up.

  • Student Volunteers

    • Operations will notify volunteers when we are done with the Cage 1 courts

    • Remove orange tape from courts 1-6 in Cage 1 

    • Make sure all tape are removed from the courts

    • Dispose tape

    • Operations will notify volunteers when we are done with Cage 2 courts, and tape can be removed.

  • Student Volunteers

    • Operations will notify volunteers when we are done with the Cage 1 courts.

    • Get the proper storage bins from Operations.

    • Collect all of the baskets and water bottles from courts 1-6 in Cage 1. Put them in proper storage bins.

    • Operations will notify volunteers when the same can be done in Cage 2.

  • BANNERS

    • Roll banners. Don’t fold. Put in a pile near Thistle Street.

    BATHROOM SIGNS

    • Fold down.

    • Put near banner pile near Thistle Street.

    BALL BARRIER

    • Operations will notify volunteers when these can be removed from Cage 1.

    • First remove binder clips from the bottom of the black cloth covers (net tacos) and place in ziploc bag.

    • Remove net tacos from the tennis nets. Tie a not on both ends of the net tacos.

    • Place 3 net tacos per storage bin. There are 2 storage bins. Separate each net taco with a sheet of plastic.

    • Remove vinyl ball barrier banners from the pvc pipes attached to tennis poles. Leave the small pvc pipes that are zip tied to the grommets on the center of the banners. Fold banners up and place in proper storage bin.

    • Remove pvc pipes from tennis poles and place in same storage bins as the vinyl ball barrier banners.

    WINNERS’ PODIUM

    • The VERY LAST thing to get packed up. Will need it to award final medals.

    • Put near tent pile near Thistle Street.

  • Begin stacking everything (BY CATEGORY: tents, chairs, tables, etc) near Thistle Street as soon as they are no longer in use.

    Student Volunteers

    • TENTS (CANOPIES): Tent storage bag will be behind the tent or under a table at the tent.

      • CHECK-IN TENT: This tent can be packed up immediately after last player is checked-in.

      • PLAYER’S TENT: Pack this up after the last bracket begins.

      • ALL OTHER TENTS (Canopies): Ask “Front of House” manager which tents are no longer needed and can be packed up.

    • 6’ TABLES and FOLDING CHAIRS: Collect. Will take to Chief Sealth High School.

    • 5’ TABLES (2): Collect from Volunteer and Referee tents. John will take home.

    • 4’ TABLES (2): Collect from 2 SMPA tents on courts. Rosina will take home.

  • Student Volunteers – Led by Coach P and Coach Kyler

    • Load tables and chairs. Return to CSHS.

    • Load 12 SwiftNets. Store in gym storage room.
